Red Velvet Mug Cake:
Ingredients:
4 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp buttermilk
1 tbsp fat free milk
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/8 tsp distilled vinegar
1/4 tsp red food coloring
cream cheese frosting (makes 2)
1 oz cream cheese
1 oz butter
4-6 tbsp powdered sugar
(depending on how sweet you like your frosting)
Reciepe:
1. Combine all mug cake
ingredients into an oversized microwave-safe mug. Mix with a small whisk until
batter is smooth. Cook cake in microwave for about 1 minute.
2. Let cake cool and fully develop flavors before eating, about 30 minutes. While waiting, make the cream cheese frosting by combining all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mixing on high speed until frosting is light and fluffy.
